Grounding & intention: I guide a short grounding exercise and invite you to set a healing intention for the session.
Treatment: You remain fully clothed and comfortable on a massage table or seated. Hands are placed lightly in a series of positions along the body, or held slightly above, depending on your preference. Sessions may include gentle breathing guidance and quiet energy work.
Energy flow: You may feel warmth, tingling, shifting sensations, emotional release, or deep relaxation. Every experience is unique; some feel subtle shifts, others profound change.
Integration & aftercare: We conclude with a short discussion about what arose during the session and practical suggestions to support continued balance—hydration, rest, grounding exercises, and simple self-care practices.
